Steven J. Alley

Steven J. Alley is the President of Alley Company and has investment experience dating back to 1983. Prior to founding the firm in 1998, he had a twelve year career with Morgan Stanley, the last five as a Managing Director in charge of Private Client Services and the Institutional Equity Department in Chicago. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BBA and MBA in finance and was a student in the school’s Applied Securities Analysis Program.  Alley Company is a registered investment adviser with the Securities Exchange Commission.

Rik W. Duryea

Rik W. Duryea is a Senior Vice President of Alley Company and has investment experience dating back to 1993. His prior experience includes a position as an equity analyst at Piper Jaffray and most recently as a senior equity analyst at St. Paul Travelers. He is a 1992 graduate of Colorado College with a bachelors degree in economics and has achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. 

Susan Glover

Susan Glover is a Vice President of Alley Company and has been with the firm since 1998. She is responsible for the administrative and reporting functions.  Prior to Alley Company, she has worked for Household International, Sears, and Continental Bank in the areas of treasury, finance, and systems. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with degrees in accounting and finance and holds a masters degree in computer science from DePaul University. She is a CPA.
